Refund policy

Sample vials are FINAL SALE.

We accept returns of full bottles and clutch size within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email ida@welcometoidasworld.com to start your return.

To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be:

• Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (including cap, box, and any inserts).
• Returned in the same condition in which it was received.

If the perfume has been opened, sprayed, or removed from its original packaging, the return will be denied.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email regarding approval or denial. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment (excluding shipping costs).

Please note that sample vials and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return.

PRE ORDER POLICY

Items marked as Pre-order are not yet in stock and will ship at a later date, which is noted on the product page. 

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the following:

•  Payment is charged at checkout to secure your order.
• Estimated ship dates are provided as a guideline and may shift slightly due to production or logistics timelines. If there is a significant delay we will notify you by email.
• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship separately.
• Shipping timelines begin once your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.
